Shipping

All orders are shipped FREE of charge and are shipped via Canada Post with a tracking number provided once your order has been dispatched. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Processing Times

Each piece is made with care in my studio.

• Ready-to-ship items: ship within 2–5 business days
• Custom or made-to-order pieces: please allow approximately 2–4 weeks before shipment

You will always be kept informed if timelines shift.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery times are estimated as follows:

• Canada: 2–7 business days
• United States: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates and can vary depending on postal service conditions.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order has shipped, I am no longer able to control delivery times, but you can monitor your package using the tracking number provided.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact me and I will assist you. While I will do everything I can to help, I am not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Orders shipped to the United States will not incur additional duties or tariffs upon delivery — these are covered on my end so your order arrives seamlessly.

For all other international destinations, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are not included at checkout.
