RETURN POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and handmade nature of each piece, I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or made-to-order items.


Defective Items

Each piece is carefully inspected before it leaves my studio. In the rare case that your item arrives with a defect, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.  If a defect is confirmed, I will gladly offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
